About Us

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We allow guests only 2 weeks to stay in the same room to have pest control and carpet cleaning work. All Rooms at Maple Inn & Suites should be serviced every day to maintain health and cleanliness standards. Maple Inn & Suites reserves the right to access rooms everyday for housekeeping, maintenance and safety and security. If guest fails to comply with the above and our staff from service / maintenance your room, you will be ask to vacate the property. 

Guest have no right to the room after the reservation/rental period is over/check out day.

 Reservation Policy: Once guest make a reservation they get the confirmation number from the hotel. If guest does not receive confirmation number from the Maple Inn & Suites then reservation is not valid. You have to call the hotel directly to get the confirmation.
