We accept all major credit cards when booking a room in Los Banos, CA.

All rates are subject to a local (10%) tax. A $10 charge per additional guest and a pet policy of NO PETS allowed. Cash payment for the room must pay $350.00 a Deposit per room per day. If guests stay with Pets without approval it will be charges of $250 cleaning fees.

***Please note, all Deluxe Rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING with NO pets allowed.
 

All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy, after which the first night's stay will be charged. Maximum Stay allowed for 1 week only due to deep cleaning for all the rooms.

Late checkout fees of $25 for the first hour then one day's rate will be charged for late checkouts.
